Just enter your reference number and e-mail address to call up and check your booking, print off vouchers or ad your package flight & transfer to your booking.

From the Customer Area you have even access to Aurum Buy & Sale, which gives you the possibility to put your booking on sale, monitorise and eventually remove the booking, or just analyse the eventual loss or gain from a sale.

If you buy your booking from the bookings put on sale by other customers, just enter the reference number of the booking to get the voucher. Once the whole transaction has been completed, you can eventually ad your package flight & transport or book other transport services.

The Customer Area is your direct contact with Aurum and your booking.

Please keep your booking reference number always at hand because only with this reference number you can accede the Customer Area.
